Creative consultancy and direction for the boutique café and restaurant group.
Founded by Irish restaurateur Oliver Peyton, Peyton and Byrne run a series of restaurants within famous London landmarks, including St. James's Park, The National Gallery and the Institute of Contemporary Arts. The company also run a small group of café/bakery outlets at various locations, including the British Library, Heals and St. Pancras Station.
I worked with the marketing team on a project to bring together the various existing sites into one large site, and to promote the Peyton and Byrne brand across the various restaurants that have their own identity.

The designs were incorporated into a creative strategy consultancy project, but sadly didn't make it online after a change in direction at the company.
